In The Flow // May ’17

playing around at the studio with my friend (& fellow yoga instructor), Alix

One of my very favorite parts about teaching yoga is curating my playlists. To me, music is such a vital component of a solid yoga class and can transform the experience from mundane to magical.  I put together this playlist last week and can’t stop listening!

I’ve been incorporating James Blake’s I Need A Forest Fire for months, and I can’t get enough! I’ve used it a the beginning of class, right after core and during savasana… my regulars are probably ready for a break from it 🙂
